Our adult service is committed to creating a nurturing and therapeutic environment tailored to the unique needs of adults living with learning difficulties. We work in close collaboration with individuals currently residing in secured units, who have been assessed as ready to take the next step in their recovery journey. Our team provides comprehensive assistance as they transition from a highly structured environment to a more independent living situation within the community. Our service is outcome-focused, with the ultimate goal of empowering our service users to live as independently as possible.
